Flourish Education is currently recruiting a PPA Teacher to work in Primary Schools in and around Stechford. They need a dedicated Primary Teacher to cover PPA time from EYFS up to KS2. Responsibilities as a PPA Teacher include making lessons engaging, marking all completed work and maintaining high levels of good behaviour in the classroom. Planning will not be required as you will delivering pre planned lessons.
This PPA Teacher role is to start ASAP and will continue until the end of the academic year. The position is part time. Required Skills and Experience for this PPA Teacher role: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Experience in across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Commitment to the role Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills Deliver lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class Marking and assessments Raise children’s attainment Create a positive learning environment Effectively work alongside teaching assistants and other members of staff Working for Flourish Education as a PPA Teacher you will receive: £130 day rate to £180 day rate which equates to £25,350 per annum to £35,100 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year Holiday Pay - 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot Pension Contributions Free KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse Refer a Friend bonus scheme Regular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work This PPA Teacher opportunity is located in Stechford which is easily commutable from Small Heath, Bordesley Green, Hodge Hill, Saltley, Castle Bromwich, Yardley, Tyseley, Alum Rock and many more areas of Birmingham via car, bus and train.
