The CRNA team operates with significant autonomy and works closely with the physician leadership team to deliver safe, efficient anesthesia care.

With approximately 12–15 GI/Endoscopy cases per day , this role provides consistent clinical volume without the demands of a traditional hospital environment. Compensation is based on experience , plus company-paid benefits and negotiable relocation assistance. Job Responsibilities: • Provide IV sedation and analgesia for outpatient GI and endoscopy procedures. • Perform pre-procedure patient assessments and identify sedation-related concerns.

• Monitor patients throughout procedures and during the post-procedure recovery phase. • Establish and maintain safe, effective standards for IV sedation and analgesia. • Coordinate anesthesia services with physicians and clinical staff while maintaining accurate patient records. Qualifications: • Current Pennsylvania RN license. • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification. • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

• Strong clinical assessment and anesthesia skills. • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
