Job Responsibilities: • Diagnose and manage glaucoma and related ophthalmologic conditions • Perform advanced surgical and non-surgical glaucoma treatments • Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic technology for patient evaluation • Collaborate with subspecialty ophthalmologists and care teams • Deliver patient education and long-term disease management strategies Qualifications: • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) • Fellowship-trained in Glaucoma • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology • Eligible for or active Texas medical license Working Hours: • Full-time ( Mon-Fri ) • On-site clinical and surgical responsibilities Skills: • Advanced surgical and clinical ophthalmology expertise • Strong diagnostic and patient management skills • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative environment • Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
