Location: London Position: Full-Time Premium Waiter Hours: 40 hours, 5 days a week, including Saturdays We are looking for a highly polished and experienced Premium Waiter to join our team within a prestigious luxury fashion environment in London. The Role As a Premium Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering polished, attentive and seamless service to guests, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional food and beverage service Maintaining a polished and professional presence at all times Engaging with guests in a warm and professional manner Delivering attentive table service by know all aspect of the menu.
Demonstrating excellent knowledge of hospitality etiquette and service standards for back-of-house and during floor walks. Be responsible for all mise-en-place, including polishing and restock of crockery, glassware, cutlery. Have the capability of working under last min changes during peak moments. Ensure all service bars are restocked with all beverages provided in the Maison. Ensuring guest areas are consistently presented to the highest standard About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in luxury hospitality, fine dining, 5-star hotels or premium events Confident delivering high-level table service Naturally warm, personable and professional Immaculately presented Highly attentive to detail Proactive and guest-focused Comfortable working with high-profile and discerning guests Calm and composed in a busy environment A strong communicator and team player Passionate about delivering exceptional service Previous experience within a luxury hospitality, fine dining or prestigious fashion environment is highly desirable.
