As part of a permanent position, the OK Job'Xpert service is looking for a renowned company in the construction sector, a Building Estimator to join the Technical Price Study office based in the canton of Vaud. Price Study Engineer / Estimator Training in construction CFC - ES - Engineer/Technician A proven experience of at least 8 years in a similar position or in Site Management in Switzerland Building project experience You are versatile and proactive Solution-oriented, Strong ability to analyse and utilise complex tenders Good communication skills and ease in contacts Excellent command of IT tools and common software Your mission: Estimate the execution of the site and prepare technical offer dossiers, Develop execution methods and installation plans Develop schedules Consult suppliers and subcontractors, Determine all the means to be implemented for the completion of the work in compliance with the quality, safety and deadline objectives defined in the consultation file, Carry out the price study (site visit, methodology setup, study management, partner consultation, calculations) Ensure the transfer of study files to the work teams by presenting and justifying the calculation hypotheses.
