The French-speaking Compulsory Education Service (SEnOF) is responsible for the pedagogical leadership and management of education at the various levels of compulsory schooling in the French-speaking part of the canton. Your tasks In accordance with the guidelines set by the Compulsory Education Service and the DFAC, the primary school principal manages the organisation, operation, and administrative and pedagogical management of their institution, staff leadership, the quality of teaching and education, as well as collaboration with the school’s partners, whom they represent the institution to They also pay particular attention to the quality of the climate within the institution and the well-being of the people working there.
