Primary School Receptionist/Administrator Based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham £14.56-£15ph Your new company A busy Primary School based in North Birmingham is looking for a School Receptionist/Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm to start as soon as possible and is a long term ongoing role. Your new role The School are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of the school.

As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a friendly and efficient front office environment.The role will entail: Greeting visitors, managing the school's sign-in system, and handling phone and email enquiries Providing administrative support to staff and senior leadership Maintaining accurate records and assisting with attendance procedures Updating dinner monies Liaising with parents and external agencies as required What you'll need to succeed You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative.

You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
