Primary Teacher

Primary Teacher Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire ⏰ Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Options Available) About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and inspiring Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Rotherham. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil progress, and contributing to the wider school community. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress and attainment. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Foster pupils' social, emotional, and academic development. Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals. Contribute to school events, activities, and ongoing improvement initiatives. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. Experience teaching within a primary school setting is desirable. Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage pupils of all abilities. Strong organisational and planning skills. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Desirable Qualifications & Experience Experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2. Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
