Primary Supply Teacher - Day-to-Day Cover (Torbay) Are you an experienced or newly qualified Primary Teacher looking for a better work-life balance? We are currently recruiting passionate educators for flexible, day-to-day supply roles across a range of welcoming schools in Torbay and the surrounding areas starting this coming term. Role Highlights Zero Planning or Prep: Walk into the classroom, deliver pre-set work, and leave at 3:30 PM with your evening entirely yours. Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the freedom to choose the days you want to work on a true day-to-day basis. Competitive Pay: Earn between £130 and £160 per day, paid weekly. Variety: Gain valuable experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 environments. Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons following the pre-planned content provided by the school.

Maintain a positive, productive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to individual school safeguarding procedures. Provide clear, concise handover feedback to permanent teaching staff at the end of each school day. Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification.

An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one). Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new settings. A valid right to work in the UK. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: £130 - £160 per day. Schedule: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, starting at the beginning of the new term. Location: Torbay & surrounding areas.
