Primary Supply Teacher - Flexible Day-to-Day Roles (Plymouth) Are you an experienced or newly qualified Primary Teacher looking for work-life balance without the burden of planning, preparation, and marking? We are currently recruiting Primary Teachers for flexible, day-to-day supply roles across a range of welcoming schools in Plymouth starting this coming term. This is your opportunity to manage your own schedule while making a positive impact in diverse classroom environments.

Role Details Location: Plymouth & surrounding areas Pay: £130 - £160 per day Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Why Join Us? Zero Planning or Prep: Walk in, deliver pre-set work, and leave at 3:30 PM with your evening entirely free. Flexible Schedule: Choose the days you want to work on a true day-to-day basis. Competitive Pay: Earn between £130 and £160 per day, paid weekly. Variety: Experience diverse classroom environments across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons following the pre-planned content provided by the class teacher. Maintain a positive, productive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Ensure student safety and follow individual school safeguarding procedures. Provide quick handover feedback to the permanent teaching staff at the end of the day. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one). Strong classroom management skills and adaptability. Valid right to work in the UK.
