The position combines ServiceNow functional ownership, ITIL governance, Agile delivery participation, User Acceptance Testing, release readiness validation, and Post-Implementation Reviews.

By strengthening controls, improving workflows, and increasing automation, the role helps protect service stability while supporting faster and more predictable technology delivery. Key Responsibilities * Own the ServiceNow Change Management module from a functional and governance perspective. * Ensure Change Management practices remain aligned with ITIL principles and FAB 's enterprise control framework.

* Maintain effective governance over business-as-usual technology changes. * Review change requests for completeness, control adequacy, and procedural compliance. * Evaluate operational, technical, customer, and service impacts associated with proposed changes. * Ensure appropriate risk assessments are completed before implementation. * Confirm adherence to mandated approval workflows and authorization requirements.

* Support operational resilience objectives through disciplined change governance. * Ensure Change Management processes address regulatory and risk management obligations. * Participate in regional governance forums covering technology changes. * Promote consistent application of policies and standards across international locations. * Identify deviations from established Change Management controls and drive appropriate corrective action.

* Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow Change Management capabilities. * Act as the designated Single Point of Contact for module-related queries and requirements. * Provide functional guidance to technology, service management, governance, and business stakeholders. * Advise users on process compliance and appropriate use of ServiceNow functionality. * Maintain ownership of module enhancement requirements.

* Develop and manage the ServiceNow Change Management roadmap. * Prioritize enhancement requests, backlog items, and defects according to business and control priorities. * Coordinate defect remediation to protect platform stability and usability. * Identify opportunities to automate repetitive Change Management activities. * Optimize ServiceNow workflows to improve process efficiency. * Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and management information.
