Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: GROOMING DUTIES Fold blankets Vacuum aircraft floors Wipe down and clean mirrors in lavatories, replenish lavatory supplies Clean and remove trash from seat pockets, replenish seat pockets with airline materials Wipe down passenger food trays attached to seats Clean inside aircraft windows Pick up trash and clean aircraft cockpit Wipe down and clean aircraft overhead bins Arrange seatbelts on seats Remove and replace audio headsets, headrests and pillows Correct Handling of International Garbage as required by the Company, Carrier and Department of Health and Safety.
Other aircraft cleaning duties as assigned Comply with the responsibilities detailed in the station's QHSE Management System Manual and the manuals under your responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with the requirements in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISAGO standards Follow and comply with Standard Operating Procedures Ramp – 035: Coach /Bus Driving PRM DUTIES Assists both inbound and outbound passengers by physically transporting them throughout the airport facilities Monitors passengers with special needs and their personal effects, while they are in the airline terminal, airline lounges, customer care centers, shopping areas, etc.
Assist special needs passengers with baggage and personal effects Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times Transport passenger utilizing a wheelchair safely to/from airplane as per Training received, policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Assist in checking in and claiming customer’s luggage. Comply with all safety and security regulations. Provide all passengers and airline representatives with excellent customer service.
Assist in lifting passengers requiring assistance in and out of cars and/or aircraft passenger seats. Maintain uniform dress code at all times Provide information to the public Operate surreys through terminal and parking facilities including passengers and personal effects on and off the surrey All other duties associated with the job classification assigned by Supervisor/Manager Your profile CXC O’Level Passes including Math and English Willingness to work in inclement weather Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays) Ability to read, write and understand and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, policies, procedures and manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
