Experience within manufacturing, mining, minerals processing, chemical processing, petrochemical, food & beverage or similar industrial environments . Strong understanding of process optimisation, process control and continuous improvement . Experience with mass and energy balances, process calculations and equipment sizing . Ability to interpret and develop PFDs and P&IDs . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience conducting root-cause investigations and process improvement initiatives . Good understanding of production processes, plant equipment and operational constraints. Strong data-analysis and reporting capabilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
