To strengthen our team in the area of process management & development, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a proactive individual who actively shapes and drives our digital transformation as Tasks You develop and further establish company-wide process management with a particular focus on digitalisation and automation You actively advance topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agentic AI, RPA and process automation – from identifying suitable use cases to implementation You analyse, model and optimise business processes (including according to BPMN 2.0) and ensure their sustainable anchoring You take an active role in the conception and implementation of automation solutions – hands-on, pragmatic and impact-oriented You coordinate internal and external stakeholders (departments, IT, partners) and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives You advise and support departments on topics such as process design, automation, data management and data strategy You design and accompany projects (classic and agile) and introduce modern working methods such as Agile / DevOps approaches You identify optimisation potentials along the value chain and make a direct contribution to increasing efficiency and quality Profile Completed studies (FH/University) in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable education Several years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Process management / business analysis Process automation (e.g.
