We are looking for an experienced 'Costing Manager' to build, analyze, and manage the commercial, cost estimation, and project profitability frameworks of our large-scale projects within the Energy, EPC, and Heavy Industry sectors. Calculate total pre-project costs including personnel, heavy equipment/crane rentals, spare parts, procurement, and logistics. Build risk buffers and contingency plans into project cost estimates.
Partner with Sales and Project Management teams to determine client pricing strategies, project margins, and overall profitability. Analyze project P&L, cost-risk trade-offs, and margin forecasts prior to project execution. Ensure commercial coordination and alignment between Sales, Project, Procurement, and Logistics departments. Present cost structures, commercial evaluations, and feasibility results directly to Global Management in Germany.
qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines (Degrees from reputable universities are preferred). Minimum 5–6 years of experience in project costing, cost estimation, commercial management, project procurement, and margin analysis within large-scale projects. Background in Energy (Wind/Solar/EPC), Heavy Industry, Mining, or Automotive (OEM/Tier 1) sectors, or central procurement units of major holdings.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for international reporting and executive presentations. Deep understanding of purchasing market dynamics, cost formation structures, and commercial project management. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP cost modules. Strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and budget discipline.
