For further information, please get in touch. Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities across a designated category portfolio. Design and implement category and sourcing strategies that deliver value, mitigate risk, and support business objectives.
Manage the procurement of major contracts, including programmes valued in the hundreds of millions of pounds. Drive commercial performance through effective supplier engagement, negotiation, demand management, and market analysis. Ensure all procurement activity is conducted in line with organisational governance, policies, and regulatory requirements. Experience & Requirements Experience within strategic sourcing and category management, managing complex procurement categories.
Demonstrable success leading complex, high-value sourcing and tendering programmes. Well-developed commercial acumen, including contract management, supplier negotiations, and value delivery. Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
