Product Business Solutions Specialist (BI/Data)

Job Description Analyse business challenges, customer requirements, and performance trends and implement effective business solutions Responsible for BI and Reporting Stakeholder Management Identify improvement opportunities, manage solution-driven projects, and deliver measurable business value. Leverage data and Business Intelligence insights to support decision-making Drive continuous improvement, enhance customer experience, and increase business performance through innovative and sustainable solutions Minimum Requirements Matric / Grade 12 Relevant Tertiary Qualification / Certifications 5 – 8 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Business Solutions ,Commercial Support ,Process Improvement Project Management Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting environments Experience within logistics, courier, transportation, supply chain, or related industries would be advantageous.

Experience in Sales, Project Management and IT preferred Experience engaging directly with customers and presenting business solution
