Production Inspector – 1st Shift Penn Yan, NY | $18.75/hour | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM No manufacturing experience required! We are hiring a  Production Inspector  to join a busy food manufacturing team in Penn Yan. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a  steady Monday–Friday daytime schedule .
What You’ll Do 	 Inspect finished products for leaks, damaged packaging, and seal issues 	 Remove defective products from the production line 	 Repack or rework products when needed 	 Perform basic quality checks and record rejected products 	 Help stack, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment 	 Keep your work area clean and safe 	 Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures 	 Work with the production team to meet daily goals What We’re Looking For 	 Reliable and dependable attendance 	 Good attention to detail 	 Able to follow written and verbal instructions 	 Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment 	 Manufacturing experience is helpful,  but not required 	 High school diploma/GED preferred Physical Requirements 	 Able to stand for most of the workday 	 Able to lift up to  50 lbs.
