We’re looking for bakers to be a part of our team at Le Petit Atelier, which is the commissary kitchen for our hospitality group working with our bakery From Lucie, and our restaurant Sunday to Sunday. We are looking for a production baker to join our team on full-time schedule with ideally Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability. Bakers: 1 Year experience as a baker/ pastry cook in a bakery Strong understanding of baking techniques, recipe scaling, mixing, and baking Ability to lift up to 50lbs., stand for long periods of time Friendly, focused, and communicative to fellow employees Knowledge and understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures Can understand written and verbal instructions Help foster and contribute to a positive work environment What’s gonna win you brownie points: – Having a New York Food Handlers’ Certificate.
