Production Co-ordinator

Raising purchase orders (POs) and processing invoices Drafting and issuing contributor, crew and supplier contracts Managing production administration and paperwork Working across BBC systems, including Gateway Coordinating location filming logistics Supporting the Production Manager with day-to-day running of the production Has previous experience working as a Production Coordinator on broadcast productions Has strong location production experience Has excellent organisational and communication skills Has previous BBC experience or a good working knowledge of BBC systems and workflows (desirable) BBC Studios is committed to increasing the diversity of its workforce and we encourage applicants from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds to apply.
