Production Engineer Salary: £38k-£48k Location: Cambridgeshire An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Engineer to join an established and innovative product development business. You'll work closely with R&D, Production and Operations, helping improve manufacturing processes, develop test solutions and ensure products can be built and tested efficiently and consistently. Key Responsibilities: Design, build and maintain production test fixtures Support functional testing of electro-mechanical products Install and commission test equipment at external manufacturing partners Develop build sequences, tooling and production aids Support NPI and design reviews Produce test, assembly and manufacturing documentation Work closely with R&D, Production and Operations Skills & Experience Required: HNC/HND/BEng in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience in production, test or electronics engineering Knowledge of analogue and digital electronics Ability to read circuit schematics Hands-on electronics assembly and prototyping skills Test fixture or production equipment experience Basic CAD skills advantageous If you're a hands-on engineer looking to develop your career across production, test and product development, then apply with a copy of your CV
