Vector's partner located in Cleveland, OH offers a complete package of stainless steel pipe, tubing, fittings, outlets, thread tape, flanges and valves as well as the nation’s largest, most comprehensive inventory of both leaded & lead-free cast brass fittings, flanges and pipe. They are in search of Production Floor Associates to join their team! 1st Shift $17/hr. Responsibilities: * Performs constant shop floor walk throughs to understand ever changing scope of work * Moves materials and goods from one location to another many times over * Keep up 5S efforts by cleaning and organization throughout the building: sweep, mop, scrub/buff, seal, wash surfaces, etc.
designated areas as needed * Conducts activities with personal accountability in the performance of all duties * Remove snow and ice in the winter as needed * Operate Powered Industrial Equipment to move materials of all types * Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Extensive walking, standing, bending for entire shift * Should be comfortable lifting and carrying buckets. * Pushing and pulling bulky material and carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
