Bring your graphic design production expertise to a collaborative team focused on packaging and product artwork for medical device manufacturing. This role offers the opportunity to support label and artwork development, work cross-functionally, and help ensure high-quality, compliant materials that support important products. Responsibilities Create and update packaging and product artwork, including labels, lidstock, and display box materials.
Support artwork approval workflows and help maintain labeling development procedures. Review vendor proofs, identify needed corrections, and communicate updates to ensure printed materials align with approved artwork. Manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and changing scopes while meeting deadlines. Partner with internal teams to resolve questions and issues throughout the artwork development process.
Write and execute software validation protocols and document validation test reports. Work primarily onsite four days per week at the North Haven location. Skills Strong background in graphic design production. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
Comfort working on both Mac and PC operating systems. Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional partners. High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience, an associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree. Preferred Skills Experience creating labeling for the medical device industry. Experience using labeling systems such as Priysm or Loftware/Spectrum.
Background in software validation documentation. Four-year college degree or related experience.
