In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your hands-on mechanical skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will drive our production goals forward. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your technical expertise and teamwork will make a real impact., Operate various manufacturing machines and equipment during night shifts, ensuring smooth and continuous production flow.

Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery using fabrication techniques, hand tools, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure safety standards are met. Handle materials efficiently, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory within the warehouse or production area. Assemble components accurately according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Maintain detailed records of production activities, machine performance, and quality checks to support continuous improvement initiatives. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication and assembly processes. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine operation and troubleshooting. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively for fabrication and assembly tasks.

Knowledge of materials handling procedures within a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory management and materials flow.
