What is my role? You lead a team of around 15-20 employees and ensure a smooth operation in the production environment. Several years of experience in a leadership role in production Technical understanding in handling complex production systems Assertiveness and solution-oriented thinking Willingness to be reachable outside regular working hours and to provide on-site support at short notice in emergencies Residence in the nearby area (Rapperswil SG area) Forklift licence and driving licence category B (mandatory) Very good German language skills Independent, resilient and reliable personality What are my benefits?
