Location Johannesburg Requirements: Registered with the SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor Bsc Quantity Surveyor Experience in consulting and project management Responsibilities: Attend project meetings. Assisting with a tender evaluation Compile & conclude contract documentation from budget preparation, tender procurement & evaluation towards signature of the agreement Preparing predicted cash flows Estimate possible variations for client decision-making Adjudicate & resolve financial claims by contractors Prepare, draft & conclude final accounts & measurements for works on a progressive basis including cash flow predictions, estimated variation costs, exercise financial control & payment valuations Preparing valuations for payment certificates to be issued by the principal agent Concluding final accounts for payment valuations & project closeout
