Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) – Private Wealth, Trusts & Tax Exeter, Devon | Hybrid Working | Part-Time or Full-Time Professional Support Lawyer – Private Client An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced  Professional Support Lawyer (PSL)  to join a highly regarded  Private Wealth and Private Client team  in Exeter. This role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in  trusts, estates, tax and private client law  who is looking to move away from fee earning into a knowledge-focused PSL position.

You’ll support a leading team advising  high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families , while helping to develop legal knowledge, training and best practice across the firm. The PSL role Key responsibilities will include: Providing technical support across  trusts, tax, estates and private wealth Monitoring legal, regulatory, case law and HMRC developments Creating and maintaining legal precedents, templates and know-how Delivering internal training, CPD and legal updates Supporting business development through technical articles, tenders and content Contributing to knowledge management and best practice initiatives Working closely with existing PSL, Learning & Development and wider legal teams There are  no billing targets , allowing you to focus on technical excellence, training, knowledge sharing and innovation.

What are we looking for?
