Job Summary Employer: University of Botswana Job Type: Full-time Location: Gaborone, Botswana Category: Education Closing Date: 2026-09-28 Key Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in at least two of the following: Enterprise Creation and Management; Project Management; Corporate Entrepreneurship; Venture Creation Practice; Business Intelligence & Data Analysis for Entrepreneurship; Innovation and Creativity; Social Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital.

Supervise post graduate and undergraduate student's projects as need may arise; Participate in academic, governance and social engagement in Entrepreneurship or related field; Contribute to the departmental research outputs through collaborative research and supervision of students' research projects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels; Contribute to the development of and implement university, faculty and school level strategies, policies, plans, and procedures; Requirements A relevant Bachelor's degree, A relevant Master's degree and PhD/Doctorate in Entrepreneurship; at least nine (9) years of relevant teaching experience in Entrepreneurship at a university or comparable institution; a minimum of twenty four (24) pieces of research products (e.g.
