Program Consultant (Dental)Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless accommodation is granted as required by law.The Program Consultant (Dental) is responsible for building credibility and trusted relationships with external client stakeholders while navigating a complex internal organization to advance program priorities and deliver successful outcomes.How you will make an impactManages the development, approval, implementation and compliance of on-going external client facing programsDevelops program budgetEnsures program meets its stated objectivesProvides subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day business issues.Researches applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends.Manages relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areasCoordinates training related to the external client facing programDevelops program success measures and performs periodic assessments of external client facing program success.Lea and manage complex programs and projects spanning both external client-facing and internal cross-functional initiatives, including multiple interconnected workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders.Build and strengthen trusted relationships with external client stakeholders and internal business partners, fostering cross-functional collaboration to address complex needs, resolve issues, and achieve client program objectives and outcomes.Understand client needs, business priorities, and challenges and translate them into actionable program strategies and initiatives.Collaborate across multiple business areas and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.Manage multiple priorities, navigate complex organizational environments, and coordinate stakeholders to drive programs and initiatives forward.Identify emerging client needs, program risks, opportunities, and potential improvements.Establish meaningful program success measures, evaluate program performance, and use insights to inform recommendations and future strategy.Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience in external client facing program management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Dental background preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe is preferredProject Management experience is preferredAccount Management experience is preferredProfessional and collaborative work styleMay require up to 20% travel during quarter 4Comfortable with operating at the intersection of external client partnership, program strategy, and cross-functional execution is preferredStrong program management capabilities, including program development, implementation, ongoing management, performance measurement, and continuous improvement is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage both external clients and internal business partners is preferredStrong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on complex business issues is preferred.For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $71,680 to $123,648Location(s): California, Illinois, Minnesota,
