We're looking for a highly motivated and delivery focused Programme Manager to join our Business Change & Delivery team. Please note, this role is for existing Browne Jacobson employees only., The Programme Manager is a delivery-focused role responsible for the end-to-end, full-lifecycle delivery of the firm's prioritised programmes. This is an execution and delivery role, not a people-management role.
What you'll be doing Lead full-lifecycle delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes and projects from mobilisation through to benefit realisation, applying the firm's delivery framework Manage programme and project-level risks, issues, dependencies and interfaces across multiple workstreams, projects and resources, driving actions and stakeholder engagement throughout Track and report programme and project progress against the firm's delivery assurance checkpoints, working with the PMO and wider Business Change and Delivery team, escalating to the Delivery Manager where needed Significant experience leading a programme or portfolio of projects delivering solutions to business stakeholders Programme management qualifications desirable, with demonstrable experience of applying Prince2 and/or MSP methodologies, and awareness of broader delivery disciplines including Agile (Scrum) and SDLC (Waterfall) Experience managing IT system deployment projects and a sound understanding of IT software and infrastructure Strong IT skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio; Smartsheet and DevOps knowledge advantageous We offer a flexible and hybrid working model.
