This position reports to: Local Division Controller __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead planning, scheduling, and control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for large size projects.
Each day, you will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, cost, revenues, cash in/out, as well as risks and opportunities. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting in improving planning competence and suggesting improvements for tools and processes used in planning and control. The work model for the role is: Hybrid {#LI-Hybrid} This role is contributing to the Automation division in the US.
You will be mainly accountable for: Supporting Project Manager by supervising project execution and performance with well-maintained schedule, cost, cash, and risk planning of individual project. Analyzing project requirements with the project team and checking that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules.
Monitoring project progress and regularly analyzing project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan, while notifying Project Managers of any deviations and providing input for optimizing resources. Ensuring that the individual projects are closed as per contracts entered with customers in alignment with Project Manager and Project Controller.
