Job title: Project Coordinator (Remote - US) Location: Madison, United States Req ID: Remote Job Description: ResponsibilitiesReporting to a PMO Director or Senior Manager, The Project Coordinator provides support to the team of Project Managers within a Delivery Portfolio, executing critical, but primarily non-customer-facing tasks in the administration and coordination of all project management aspects of project delivery, at the direction of the Project Manager(s).Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination and Administration• Meeting scheduling and coordination• Status report preparation• Presentation deck preparation (e.g.

kickoff and ERB)• Resource scheduling support/system entry• Action item tracking• Documentation management• Project repository maintenance• Project onboarding and closeout activitiesContract Administration• Change order supportSubcontractor Management• Subcontractor/3rd party procurement support (PR creation & approvals)• Ensure subcontractor time entry and review subcontractor hours against invoices Product Delivery Tracking• Track and report internal product support items• Create system escalations for product issues #LI-Remote #LI-SK1Education / QualificationsStrong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and detail-orientedTechnical proficiency (Intermediate to Senior level knowledge) of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Minimum 1-2 years project coordination or equivalent experience, ideally in the area of software solution implementationMinimum college diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience with SalesForce an asset, but not required About OctaveOctave provides mission-critical software that empowers organizations to make informed decisions across every stage of the asset lifecycle — Design, Build, Operate and Protect — where performance, safety, and reliability are non-negotiable and failure is not an option.
