Job at a glance
Lead the engineering design and layout of solar PV systems using industry-standard software. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses. Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for project proposals. Oversee procurement, bills of materials, and cost estimation. Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases. Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget. Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline. 3–5 years’ experience in solar PV project engineering. Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, grid integration, and renewable energy technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
