Domain expertise within UK and European Project, Energy, Infrastructure & Acquisition Finance or Infrastructure Advisory markets. Experience originating, assessing, structuring, and executing asset - & cash flow-based lending transactions, generating substantial transaction revenue Proven track record evaluating project risks, construction risks, cost overruns, risk allocation frameworks, and financing mitigants, as well as managing full transaction lifecycle Ability to manage multiple live transactions and competing priorities in a dynamic front-office environment, whilst developing team members and being seen as a model of best practice behaviour Literacy both in capital market refinancing routes, including rating agency methodologies, and other ancillary products, such as rates & FX Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across complex transaction teams.

The team structures complex non- and limited-recourse financing transactions, supporting clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle from origination and credit assessment through to execution and closing and collaborating with colleagues on any refinancing strategies. Director, Project Finance, Investment Banking – London Collaboration with cross-functional product & coverage teams to originate and structure financial solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients' projects, including determining the optimal mix of debt and equity financing and identifying potential sources of funding, across the capital structure.

Oversight of complex financial models to evaluate project feasibility, cash flows, and return on investment, analyzing and stress-testing financial projections to assess project viability. Guiding comprehensive risk assessments associated with the project and proposing risk mitigation strategies and alternative solutions. Leading assessment of the creditworthiness of project sponsors, stakeholders, and counterparties involved in the project finance transactions.

Development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project finance lifecycle.
