Project Manager Architect (m/f/d) Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000 Role: On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Project Manager: Architecture for the creative and planning leadership of demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects.
You will accompany diverse projects in residential, office and service construction from design through project and execution planning to realisation and handover. In addition to architectural quality, you are responsible for coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and liaising closely with clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors. Vectorworks, digital planning methods and increasingly BIM-based processes are used.
Responsibilities: Creative and planning leadership of new build, conversion and renovation projects Handling projects from design through project and execution planning to realisation Development of architectural concepts, floor plans, materialisation and design solutions Creation and coordination of project, approval, execution and detailed planning Leading interdisciplinary teams from architecture, interior design, drafting and site management Coordination of specialist planners, authorities, contractors and other project participants Direct support and advice to clients throughout the entire project process Ensuring architectural and constructive quality during the planning and realisation phases Coordination of construction, building services, materialisation and execution details Creation and further development of 3D models and digital planning bases with Vectorworks Application and further development of BIM-based planning and coordination processes Accompanying projects through to completion, acceptance and handover Qualifications: Architecture degree from ETH, FH, TU, USI or comparable recognised university education At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture and project work Solid experience in design, project planning and execution planning Experience with residential, office or service buildings as well as new build and conversion projects Proficient use of Vectorworks as well as common CAD, visualisation and planning tools Knowledge of BIM and digital planning processes is an advantage Very good German language skills spoken and written Benefits: Attractive training and development opportunities Interesting and varied tasks/projects Well-coordinated and dynamic team Market- and performance-based salaries ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Work location Basel
