Project Manager – Commercial Interiors London | Permanent We are working with a leading construction and property consultancy looking to appoint a Project Manager into its growing Commercial Interiors team. The team delivers high-profile workplace and commercial interiors projects across London, working with major occupiers, investors, developers and flexible workspace operators. Projects range from commercial office fit-outs and CAT A/CAT B refurbishments through to flexible workspace, landlord repositioning and more complex cut & carve schemes.

This is a client-facing Project Manager position suited to someone looking to take greater ownership of projects and develop within a fast-growing team. The successful individual will work across the project lifecycle, coordinating design teams, consultants and contractors while building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial interiors and workplace projects from inception through to completion.

Coordinate consultants, contractors and wider project teams. Manage programmes, budgets, risk, change and project reporting. Support procurement, tendering and contract administration. Chair project meetings and provide clear reporting to clients. Manage stakeholder relationships across occupier, landlord and developer-led projects. Take increasing responsibility for day-to-day client management and project delivery.

Experience Required Previous Project Management experience within a consultancy, contractor, developer or relevant client-side environment. Experience delivering commercial interiors, workplace or office fit-out projects. Exposure to CAT A and/or CAT B refurbishment projects. Experience with flexible workspace, landlord repositioning or cut & carve schemes would be advantageous. Good understanding of the construction and fit-out lifecycle.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Commercially aware, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects. The team is particularly interested in people with workplace and coworking experience, but is open to candidates from adjacent sectors who can demonstrate strong commercial awareness, client management and a proactive approach. The opportunity offers strong exposure to major clients and projects, alongside a genuine long-term progression route as the team continues to grow.

The culture is collaborative and entrepreneurial, with individuals encouraged to take ownership of their projects and client relationship
