Role: On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Project Manager Construction Management & Client Representation for the technical development and sustainable preservation of value of a versatile real estate portfolio.

You will be responsible for renovation, maintenance and modernisation projects from the initial condition assessment and budgeting to implementation and handover. In doing so, you represent the interests of the client and manage external planners, contractors and other project participants regarding costs, deadlines and quality. At the same time, you support property management with technical questions and long-term investment planning.

Responsibilities: Independent management of renovation, maintenance and modernisation projects in the existing real estate portfolio Support of construction measures throughout the entire real estate lifecycle with a focus on value preservation and long-term usability Assumption of client representation for small and medium-sized construction and renovation projects Development of renovation strategies, project foundations, cost estimates and investment budgets Management of projects regarding costs, deadlines, quality and project objectives Leadership and coordination of architects, specialist planners, contractors and other external project partners Support of tenders, awards, execution, acceptance and project completions Technical advice to property management on maintenance, renovation and investment issues Support in budgeting and multi-year planning of construction measures Assessment of building conditions, renovation needs and technical solution options Ensuring structured project administration, cost control and documentation Management of several parallel projects as well as further development of digital processes in construction management Qualifications: Completed basic construction technical training with further education as technician HF, architect FH or civil engineer FH Several years of professional experience in project management of renovation and maintenance projects Experience in client representation, construction management or owner representation Sound knowledge of cost, schedule and quality management as well as project administration Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss constructi
