Project Manager Construction Management (m/f/d) Salary - CHF120,000 - 125,000 Role: On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Project Manager General Planning & Construction Management for the holistic management of demanding building projects.

You will take responsibility for planning and realisation and lead interdisciplinary project teams consisting of architecture, specialist planning, experts and executing companies . As the central contact person for the client, you will ensure a professional project organisation as well as adherence to cost, schedule and quality objectives . The role combines general planning with project controlling, contract management and the operational leadership of complex construction projects.

Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and realisation of demanding building projects Management of projects through the relevant SIA phases from design to handover Assumption of general planner coordination and management of all internal and external project participants Leadership and coordination of architects, specialist planners, experts and executing companies Consulting and support of the client as the central contact person and overall project management Responsibility for cost, schedule, quality and risk management Establishment and management of an efficient project organisation, scheduling and decision-making structure Execution of project controlling, cost forecasts and regular reporting Preparation, review and negotiation of planner, contractor and other project contracts Preparation and leadership of planning, coordination and client meetings including action item management Coordination of tendering, submission and awarding as well as support during subsequent realisation Participation in the further development of project management processes, standards and digital working methods Qualifications: Completed studies as architect or civil engineer FH/ETH Several years of experience in project or overall project management of demanding Swiss building projects Experience in general planning and interdisciplinary specialist planner coordination Further training in project or construction management is an advantage Sound knowledge of cost, schedule, contract and project management as well as the relevant SIA processes Confident handling of Messerli construction administration and contemporary project management/IT systems Very good German language skills spoken and written Benefits: Attractive training and development opportunities Interesting and varied activities/projects Well-coordinated and dynamic team Market- and performance-based salaries ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Work location Zurich
