Partner with functional managers. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Service, Supplier Quality, and Product Management leaders to secure commitments and align priorities. Drive core team cadence. Schedule and lead core team meetings, capture notes, decisions, and next steps, and ensure clear ownership of every action item. Manage the phase-gate process. Run programs through Mercury P&A’s phase-gate (COMPASS) NPD process, preparing and requesting cross-functional updates for monthly reviews and gate meetings.

Monitor and report progress. Track and communicate performance against all key metrics (schedule, scope, cost, tooling, and risk) on a regular basis to the team and senior leadership. Manage risk and issue resolution. When issues arise, assess risk, manage critical decision inputs and dates, generate and execute contingency plans, and communicate status and program implications. Provide governance and executive visibility.

Approach each program with an ownership mentality, including governance, KPIs, and presentations to senior leadership, while maintaining Mercury's consensus-based culture. Manage a portfolio of programs. Balance multiple programs of varying size and scope simultaneously with guidance from the Product Management team, coordinating across teams and stakeholders. Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Parts & Accessories annual programs, customer events, trade shows, and strategic initiatives.
