Project manager (Plumbing or Hvac)

Project Manager Location: Oakland CA Schedule: Full-Time Position OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role will oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and day-to-day project execution to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably. Responsibilities Manage construction projects from kickoff through closeout.

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Review project plans, contracts, and specifications. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project costs, timelines, and overall performance. Conduct site visits and attend project meetings. Support project closeout, including final documentation and warranties.

Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in construction, mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, or a related industry. Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. Ability to work directly with clients and project stakeholders. Experience with construction management software such as Procore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project, BIM360, or similar platforms. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
