Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d) Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000 Role: On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Project Manager Sanitary for the independent management of demanding sanitary projects in new construction and renovation.
You will accompany the projects from execution planning through installation coordination to billing and handover, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards. As the central contact person, you coordinate clients, specialist planners, installation teams, and subcontractors, ensuring a smooth project process. The position combines technical sanitary expertise with project responsibility and operational team leadership.
Responsibilities: Independent management and execution of sanitary projects in residential, commercial, and industrial construction Coordination of clients, architects, specialist planners, and installation teams Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and project success Leadership and deployment planning of installation teams and subcontractors Technical support of projects from execution planning to commissioning Organisation of material disposition and procurement in cooperation with suppliers Conducting site and coordination meetings as well as follow-up on open issues Control of execution according to SIA, SVGW, and Swiss sanitary regulations Preparation of measurements, change orders, billing, and final documentation Support during acceptance, defect rectification, and project handovers Maintenance of project documentation and regular project controlling Support with technical optimisations and economical project solutions Qualifications: Completed training as a sanitary installer EFZ or comparable qualification Further training as a building services project manager, technician HF building services, or equivalent education Several years of experience in sanitary project management Sound knowledge in cost, deadline, and quality management Experience in leading installation teams and subcontractors Driving licence category B Very good German skills in spoken and written form Benefits: Attractive training and development opportunities Interesting and varied activities/projects Experienced and dynamic team Market- and performance-based salaries ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Work location Wallisellen
