You will lead the comprehensive lifecycle management of spares and overhaul projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. Imagine developing detailed project schedules, coordinating with diverse teams, and engaging with stakeholders to drive project success. Your expertise in financial oversight and risk management will be crucial as you monitor progress and implement corrective actions, all while fostering strong customer relationships.
How You'll Make an Impact Manage the full lifecycle of spares and overhaul projects, from initial scoping and planning through to execution and closure. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, assigning responsibilities and defining resource requirements to meet project timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their expectations are managed and satisfaction is achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate cost forecasting and adherence to financial targets while managing procurement activities for spare parts and services. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all activities adhere to quality standards and effectively managing project changes. What You Bring A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in project management, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or technical service environment. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Strong skills in financial management, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to manage projects independently. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve issues and agree on project deliverables.
