Responsibilities Gain consensus from stakeholders to approve the proposed project plan Establish project governance, processes, and decision-making models Coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders to assign and complete work Monitor and control project progress and critical path items Update project plans regularly and document changes Ensure project documentation is housed centrally for compliance Identify and control changes to scope Coordinate project closure activities including stakeholder sign-off Contribute to the development of Enterprise Health organizational process assets Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience Three years of business analysis and/or technical/software project management experience Strong background in project management, preferably in the medical software industry Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and on time/budget Experience with pre-sales support, project scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications PMP certification Experience with project management software such as MS Project Benefits Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance 401k with company match Paid-Time off Quarterly bonus program Flexible work schedule Remote work
