Hours Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $25 to $30 an hour Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager with daily oversight and operational support. Perform essential maintenance and repairs to keep property facilities in top condition.
Conduct routine janitorial tasks to ensure common areas and facilities remain clean and presentable. Handle landscape upkeep to maintain the exterior appearance of the property. Proactively identify maintenance issues and assist in resolving them efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance, janitorial, or landscaping work is highly preferred. Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Mandatory: Must be willing to undergo and pass a comprehensive Federal/State background check.
