We?re hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians for temp and temp-to-perm positions at apartment communities throughout metro Atlanta , including Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, and Gwinnett counties.  Pay: $23/hour, paid weekly  Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (No weekends)  Location : Multifamily properties across metro Atlanta   Qualifications:  – Minimum of 6 months of technical and mechanical hands-on residential maintenance or home repair experience .  – Skills in plumbing , electrical repairs , painting , light carpentry , and appliance maintenance.  – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.  – Basic hand tools required for maintenance jobs.  – A valid driver?s license and reliable transportation .  Responsibilities :  – Troubleshoot and repair lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, carpentry, and flooring.  – Prepare vacant units for new tenants by performing cleaning, painting, and repairs.  – Perform minor renovation tasks: install cabinets, blinds, light fixtures, doors, sinks, countertops, and appliances.  – Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and expenses.  – Address safety concerns and report them to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.  – Assist with morning tasks like trash removal and cleaning shared spaces such as swimming pools and bathrooms.  – Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).  – Provide professional customer service to residents.  – Follow OSHA safety requirements.
