Thisis an opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of homes across London whiledelivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to the success ofone of the UK's leading housing providers.

At L&Q, our Intermediate Market Rent (IMR) portfolioprovides high-quality homes at rents below local market levels, helpingcustomers access well-managed, affordable housing in areas where market rentsmay otherwise be out of reach.With homes located across London our IMR portfolio playsan important role in providing professionally managed, affordable housing forcustomers who may otherwise be priced out of the local rental market.In this role, you will play a key part in deliveringexcellent customer outcomes, protecting asset performance and supporting thecontinued growth of L&Q's IMR portfolio.

As a Property Manager, you will take ownership of aportfolio of homes, ensuring residents receive an exceptional customerexperience throughout their tenancy. You will work closely with residents,contractors, managing agents and internal teams to maximise occupancy, minimisevoids, support tenancy sustainment and maintain compliance across yourportfolio.No two days are the same. This is a varied and rewardingrole that requires strong relationship management skills, commercial awarenessand a proactive approach to problem solving.

You'll be empowered to makedecisions, manage your own workload and positively influence outcomes for bothresidents and the business.You will join a high-performing and supportive team thatplays a crucial role in delivering one of L&Q's key private rentalproducts. This role offers the opportunity to further develop your propertymanagement career within one of the UK's leading housing associations.Due to the geographical spread of our portfolio, regulartravel across London and the M25 region is required.

Therefore, a full drivinglicence and access to a vehicle for business use are essential. * You may be required to attend office-based trainingwhich may exceed the standard 1-2 days per week, until training hasbeen fully completed.
