This is an exciting opportunity to join a proactive and supportive team managing a portfolio of primarily student houses and HMOs. If you're organised, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Advising landlords and tenants on the lettings process. Arranging and conducting viewings with prospective tenants. Selecting reliable and responsible tenants.
Preparing tenancy agreements and coordinating inventories/check-outs. Overseeing referencing and compliance procedures. Marketing rental properties and ensuring legal requirements are met. Conducting mid-term property inspections. Managing deposit return processes and liaising with all parties at tenancy end. Building and maintaining relationships with landlords. Advising on current market rental values.
Coordinating property maintenance and contractor schedules. Working collaboratively with contractors, cleaners, inventory clerks, and suppliers. Staying up to date with changes in lettings legislation. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in property management or lettings administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident using CRM systems and general IT platforms. Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to excellent customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
