Education: BEng Mechanical Engineering Job Experience & Skills Required: Proposal and tender preparation experience Exposure to mining, materials handling, hoisting or industrial projects Strong commercial and technical acumen Excellent stakeholder management skills Duties: Prepare technical and commercial proposals for mine hoisting and control system projects. Review customer specifications and develop compliant engineering solutions.
Coordinate cost estimations, technical schedules and scope documentation. Liaise with engineering teams to develop innovative project proposals. Participate in tender clarification meetings and technical discussions. Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies during the bid phase. Prepare project budgets, quotations and execution plans. Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities.
Assist with contract reviews and handover processes to project execution teams. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. Apply now!
