Our Lake Nona team includes board-certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, and Therapists serving patients across the lifespan—from early childhood and adolescence through adulthood and geriatric care. The Role As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at My Psychiatrist Lake Nona, you will provide outpatient psychiatric care within a collaborative, physician-led environment designed to support both clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

You will: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse psychiatric patient population Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care Collaborate closely with Psychiatrists, Therapists, Psychologists, Care Coordinators, and Clinical Leadership Maintain clinical documentation using AI-assisted tools and modern systems Participate in an integrated care model built around access, continuity, and patient outcomes This is not a production-line environment.
