Physical Therapist – Acute Care Location Manchester, NH Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift times start between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, concluding between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Requires 1 weekend shift per month in addition to full-time hours, primarily Monday through Friday. Job Description The Physical Therapist will work within an acute care setting, responsible for conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions for a diverse patient population.
This position focuses on cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic care, with a preference for candidates with vestibular experience. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational and speech therapists.
Maintain accurate patient documentation using Sunrise Allscripts. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current New Hampshire Physical Therapy License. BLS certification.
